GRADUATION PROJECT 2025


BRIEF:

NordKronan is a Swedish property financing company offering tailored credit solutions, from small portfolios to medium-scale developments. Founded in 2024, NordKronan provides a modern alternative to traditional banks, focusing on fast, transparent, and flexible financing for visionary property developers across the Nordics. 

NordKronan wanted to generate leads and become top of mind within their target audience. As a new player in the market, they faced low brand awareness and struggled to stand out among established competitors.

SOLUTION:

We developed a strategic brand platform built around the concept Från skiss till verklighet (“From Sketch to Reality”). To help NordKronan stand out and disrupt a traditionally conservative industry, we created a new visual identity with an architecture-inspired look: a modern logo, clean typography, and a distinctive blue-purple accent that adds contrast to
their black, grey, and white palette. Alongside the design, we developed a communication strategy that includes SEO, SEM, PR, email campaigns, podcasts, and events. The goal: to position NordKronan in the right channels, connect with the right people, and build the trust needed to drive high-quality leads and grow their presence in the Nordic market.
